All ScentScapes candles are hand-poured in small batches and carefully prepared for shipment from our studio.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 (before tax).

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, ScentScapes is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us at scentscapescandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
