We want you to feel confident in your ScentScapes purchase.
Each candle is hand-poured in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at scentscapescandleco@gmail.com or through your customer account. We’ll make it right.
To help us resolve your request as quickly as possible, please include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Once approved, replacements or refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Fragrance is a personal experience. If you're unsure where to begin, we recommend starting with our Discovery Set to explore multiple scents before committing to a full-size candle.
