Are your candles eco-friendly?

Yes. We care about the environment. Our candles are made from sustainable resources and all vessels and packaging can be reused and recycled.

What type of wax do you use to make your candles?

We use only 100% all-natural soy wax. Our wicks are coated in natural waxes. We never use paraffin, additives or dyes. 

Do your fragrances contain phthalates or other harsh chemicals?

No. Are fragrances do not contain phthalates and are certified non-toxic. They adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity.

How strong are your scents?

We’ve spent a lot of time testing our candles to find just the right balance for a strong hot throw  without being overwhelming. However, if you feel our candles are too strong or too weak, let us know! We are always open to constructive feedback.

What if I don’t like the scent?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept exchanges or returns on unused items.

We also offer scent discovery boxes so you can try before you buy!

What size are your candles?

Currently, we offer 12 oz. candles. We also have scent discovery boxes that come with a variety of individual 2 oz. candle tins. 

How long do your candles last?

Our 12oz candles can burn up to 70 hours if proper care is taken.

Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free? 

Our soy wax and fragrances are vegan-friendly. None of our products are tested on animals by us or our suppliers. Our cotton wicks do contain natural waxes that includes some beeswax.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What are the shipping options?

We ship via UPS Ground.

FREE Economy Shipping for orders over $75.

Please contact us if you have specific requirements or need faster shipping.

When will my order ship?

So long as we have the item you ordered in stock, most candles will ship out within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed. However, given the handmade nature and quality of our candles, we ask that you allow a grace period of up to 15 business days for your order to be shipped.  If you need a rush on your order, please feel free to contact us directly at scentscapescandleco@gmail.com and we will do our very best to ensure that you have your order when you need it.

As soon as it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges on any items that are in their original, unused, unopened and unworn condition.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please email us at scentscapescandleco.com or submit a return request in your customer account.

Free return shipping will be included.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to process after we receive your return.
